Potential Land Development Market Focus

The Master Plan Study will seek to link land-development efforts to other on-going economic initiatives, including:

  • Regional Commerce and Growth Association identified five key industry clusters as potential regional targets:
    • Plant and Medical Sciences
    • Advanced Manufacturing
    • Information Technology
    • Financial Services, and
    • Transportation and Distribution
  • Partner with Airport Neighbors to maximize opportunities for a win-win situation
  • Define highest and best use (aviation and non-aviation) of undeveloped and under-developed airport property
  • Identify development incentives and approach
